Derived from natural citrus fruits, this fine granular is a common ingredient in Bath Bombs as well as used to adjust pH of products. Also acts as a preservative and sequestering agent helping to prevent change in colour, flavour, texture and appearance. Product use: Used as an acidulant or a sequestrant in food and pharmaceutical industries; also used in detergents, concrete admixtures and plasticizers; pH modification.
